Who this concerns
These terms apply to all appointments, treatments, programmes and products of Free Future Forward, the practice of Roelie Niehof.
What my care is and is not
I work complementarily. That means my guidance is an addition to, and never a replacement for, the care of your GP, specialist or other practitioner. I do not make medical diagnoses and I do not prescribe medication. If you take medication, never stop or change it on your own: always consult your doctor.
I speak from my training and from my experience in practice. I do not promise results, because no two bodies respond the same way.
Making and cancelling appointments
You can make an appointment by phone, by email or through the form on this site. If you cannot come, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled later than that may be charged.
Payment
You are told in advance what a treatment, programme or product costs. Invoices are payable within fourteen days. I cannot guarantee reimbursement by your health insurer; please check that with your insurer yourself.
Products
The products I supply are purchased from the suppliers I work with. The warranty and return conditions of that supplier apply to those products. Use them as described on the packaging.
Liability
I do my work as carefully as I can. You remain responsible for the choices you make and for passing on information that matters for your treatment, such as complaints, conditions, pregnancy and medication use. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the treatment or product concerned.
Confidentiality
Everything you tell me stays between us. See also the privacy policy.
Complaints
If you are unhappy about something, please tell me first. I am glad to talk it through with you and find a solution together.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
