Privacy policy

This is the privacy policy of Free Future Forward, the practice of Roelie Niehof. I think it matters that you know exactly which data I keep about you, and why.

What I collect

If you fill in a form on this website, I keep only what you enter yourself:

• your name;
• your email address (the only required field);
• your phone number, if you enter one;
• the subject you select and the message you write.

If you become a client, I also record what is needed for your treatment. I always discuss that with you first, and those records do not leave my practice.

Why I collect it

To answer your question, to make an appointment with you and to be able to guide you. I do not use your data for anything else. I do not sell it and I do not rent it out.

How long I keep it

If you only request information and nothing follows from it, I delete your data within two years. If you become a client, the statutory retention period applies to your treatment file.

Who I share it with

This website and my client administration run on CribCRM. That party processes your data on my instruction and may not use it for its own purposes. Beyond that I share nothing with anyone, unless the law obliges me to.

Your rights

You may always ask which data I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send me a message and I will take care of it. If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising networks. There are only the technical cookies needed to make the site work.
